Custom Luxury Home - Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Home Project Manager to lead the construction of custom residences valued at $10M+ throughout Deerfield Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and surrounding South Florida markets. The ideal candidate has a proven track record delivering luxury residential projects, managing clients and design teams, and overseeing all phases of construction from preconstruction through completion.

Description

• Manage all phases of luxury custom home construction, from budgeting and preconstruction through closeout and warranty.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and construction logistics.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, designers, engineers, consultants, and municipal agencies.
• Oversee subcontractor bidding, negotiations, contract administration, and performance management.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.
• Conduct regular site walks to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear communication to clients and executive leadership.
• Review drawings, specifications, and design changes to identify risks and resolve conflicts proactively.
• Manage financial reporting, including cost tracking, forecasting, change orders, and monthly owner updates.Coordinate inspections, permits, certificates of occupancy, and project closeout documentation.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 7-10 years of project management experience in custom luxury residential construction.
• Demonstrated experience delivering custom homes valued at $10M+.
• Strong knowledge of South Florida building practices, permitting processes, and luxury residential construction methods.
• At least 7 years of building in Broward / Palm Beach County.
• Expertise in scheduling software, project management platforms, and construction financial controls.
• Ability to manage sophisticated clients, architects, and design teams in a high-expectation environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Waterfront estates, coastal construction, or high-end custom residences.

Job Offer
