Position Summary

This role is responsible for managing and growing an assigned portfolio of clients while driving new business within designated categories. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in an outside sales environment, builds strong relationships, and consistently works toward achieving and exceeding sales goals.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned categories

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets

  • Sell within established profit margin guidelines

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities in CRM

Account Management & Client Growth

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

  • Conduct regular client meetings (virtual and in-person) to review performance and identify growth opportunities

  • Drive account penetration, upsell products/services, and secure renewal business

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Client Engagement & Service

  • Consult with clients on custom-branded product needs

  • Provide continuous service and communication throughout the engagement lifecycle

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales leadership) to align on campaigns and offerings

Reporting & Planning

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and reporting

  • Participate in monthly sales reviews and weekly EOS sales meetings

  • Develop and present an annual business plan with measurable goals and milestones

Brand Representation & Events

  • Represent the company at client events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

  • Participate in promotional activities, including occasional weekend/holiday events


Qualifications

  • 1+ year of sales and/or customer service experience

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organization and time management skills

  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation


Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience in promotional products, marketing, or related industries

  • Experience managing client portfolios and growing accounts

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: Competitive (DOE)
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Commission-based with growth potential
