Customer Account Coordinator - Where Problem-Solving Meets Public Service

No two days look quite the same in this role. As a Customer Account Coordinator, youre the person citizens and staff turn to when they need an account issue sorted out - whether thats a quick fix or a genuinely tricky situation that takes some digging to resolve. Youll keep accounts running smoothly through ongoing review and maintenance, and youll be the one who steps in when a case is too complicated for a standard answer.

Youll report to a supervisor, but this isnt a job where youre told exactly what to do every hour. Youre trusted to use your own judgment, think on your feet, and handle things your way. It also takes a certain kind of patience - the ability to stay calm and professional even when a customer is frustrated or a conversation gets tense. At the end of the day, your work speaks for itself: its judged by the results you get, not just the hours you put in.

Minimum Training & Experience

Possession of a bachelor's degree and one year of experience that includes customer service, customer or public relations, higher level experience that includes billing, cash receipts and controls, accounting, or credit and collections.
