Customer Account Coordinator

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Account Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Solana Beach, California. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and enjoy fostering positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone and email.
• Managing and maintaining accurate customer account records.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Identifying and resolving customer issues with a proactive approach.
• Providing regular updates to customers on their account status and addressing any concerns.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of customer service best practices.
• Coordinating with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Tracking and reporting on customer feedback to contribute to service improvements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or account management is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Required Work Hours

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
