We’re looking for a motivated
Customer Account Representative to join our growing Akron team. This is a customer-facing role for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, and wants an opportunity where strong performance can lead to greater responsibility and earning potential.
As a Customer Account Representative, you’ll work directly with customers on behalf of the brands we represent. You’ll help customers understand available products and services, answer questions, recommend solutions based on their needs, and assist with new customer accounts.
We’re looking for someone who is
professional, competitive, dependable, and ready to learn. Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience can be helpful, but we’re primarily focused on finding the right attitude and work ethic.
What You’ll Do
• Speak directly with customers and identify their needs
• Present available products, services, and promotional offers
• Assist customers with new account enrollment and account-related questions
• Build positive customer relationships through professional communication
• Represent our clients and their brands professionally
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development
