About the Position

Merixcen is looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Account Representative to join our Houston team. This position is responsible for supporting customer accounts, addressing service-related questions, and helping ensure customers receive a positive and professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account and service-related questions
• Listen carefully to customer needs and concerns
• Provide accurate information based on established company guidelines
• Help resolve routine customer issues and requests
