Customer Analyst

Position Title: Jr. Customer Analyst
Location: Baytown, TX 
Duration: 07 Month Contract 
Status: Onsite
Employment Type: Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. (A&B Talent)
Pay Range: USD $20-23 an hour W2

Requirements / Who we are looking for:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately with numbers and documents
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, basic analysis)
Experience using Salesforce (data entry, reporting, or account management)
Ability to manage and organize data across multiple systems
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Experience with Google Sheets (formulas, collaboration, data management)
Previous experience in a customer analyst, data analyst, operations, or finance-related role
Familiarity with invoice processing or billing operations
Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing: 
Review, verify, and analyze customer invoices for accuracy and completeness
Create, maintain, and update spreadsheets to track financial and customer data
Collect, organize, and manage documentation across multiple systems and platforms
Ensure data consistency and accuracy between systems
Support customer operations and internal teams with reporting and analysis
Identify discrepancies and escalate issues as needed
