You will assist clients with vacation-related requests, research available options, coordinate selected services, and help keep important information organized. No previous travel-industry experience is required. Training and continued educational support are provided, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to build new skills in a flexible remote environment.
What You'll Do
Communicate with clients to learn about their preferred destinations, dates, interests, budget, and specific needs.
Research and compare resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation services using approved resources.
Help coordinate selected arrangements and organize confirmations, schedules, reservation details, and itinerary information.
Provide helpful client support by answering routine questions, sharing updates, following up on outstanding items, and assisting with standard changes or requests.
Maintain accurate records, review important details for completeness, track upcoming deadlines, and continue learning about destinations and supplier services.
