As aCustomer Care Associate, you will work in a collaborative environment that will allow you to be part of a team of energetic individuals and free thinkers. You will receive hands-on training that will empower you to provide a knowledgeable customer service experience. This role will beonsite 5 days/weekin our Reston, VA office. Training will be conducted onsite, Monday through Friday, at our Reston, VA office. After training is completed, the role will transition to a hybrid 40‑hour workweek that includes onsite weekdays and remote weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday, based on business needs.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls to assist our homeowners with various warranty concerns
Understand each customer's individual needs and determine the best course of action
Communicate clearly any next steps and help manage expectations
Fully document each call accordingly
Build rapport and manage relationships over the phone
What We Look For in a Candidate
1-3 years of experience in customer service
Proficient typing skills
Demonstrated ability to interact with customers
Experience working in a phone-based/call center environment is a plus
