Core Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm EST
As a Customer Care Associate, you will work in a collaborative environment that will allow you to be part of a team of energetic individuals and free thinkers. This role will be onsite 5 days/week in our Reston, VA office.
Responsibilities
• Answer inbound calls to assist our homeowners with various warranty concerns • Understand each customer's individual needs and determine the best course of action • Communicate clearly any next steps and help manage expectations • Fully document each call accordingly • Build rapport and manage relationships over the phone
What We Look For in a Candidate
1-3 years of experience in customer service Proficient typing skills Demonstrated ability to interact with customers Experience working in a phone-based/call center environment is a plus
