We’re looking for a Customer Care Dispatcher to play a key role in supporting our operations, with a primary focus on inventory management and customer troubleshooting, and a secondary role in dispatching service technicians. If you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoy solving problems while helping customers, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Manage and track inventory, ensuring accuracy and availability of equipment
Assist customers with troubleshooting security systems and resolving issues efficiently
Answer incoming calls and provide professional, friendly support
Document service requests and updates using company software
Schedule and dispatch service technicians as needed
Communicate clearly with technicians to support successful service visits
What We’re Looking For
Experience in customer service, inventory management, or dispatching (security/alarm industry a plus)
Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software systems
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
Clear communication skills and attention to detail
A customer-first mindset with patience and professionalism
