Customer Care Representative

Position Summary: The Customer Care Representative supports Barnhart's Sales & Marketing team by helping maintain accurate customer information and ensuring customer feedback is captured and addressed. This role serves as a key resource for customer data management, survey administration, and internal coordination, helping teams deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

·         Administer Barnhart's customer feedback program and encourage survey participation.

·         Monitor customer feedback and coordinate follow-up on concerns or issues.

·         Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM and company systems.

·         Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate customer data.

·         Contact customers to verify and update account and contact information.

·         Support data imports, transfers, and system updates.

·         Assist the Sales & Marketing team with reporting and special projects.

·         Collaborate with branch and corporate teams to resolve data-related issues.

·         Represent Barnhart professionally in all customer interactions.

Required Qualifications

·         High school diploma or equivalent.

·         Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

·         Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

·         1-3 years of experience in customer service, administration, data entry, or CRM management.

·         Experience with CRM systems (IFS preferred).

·         Familiarity with Listen360 or similar customer feedback platforms.
