Job Title: Customer Care Specialist, Accommodations

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Customer Care Specialists to join our client's team in the education sector. In this role, you will contribute to providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate data entry, and managing email correspondence for students and parents requiring accommodations for testing.

Responsibilities

• Handle advanced customer service cases related to accommodations for testing.
• Perform accurate data entry into databases, including Salesforce and Smartsheets.
• Manage email correspondence with clarity and professionalism.
• Collaborate with the Customer Engagement team to improve customer experience.

Requirements

• Solid customer service experience.
• Proficiency in data entry and written communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and Smartsheets.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Familiarity with accommodations and/or disabilities is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
