The Role
As our Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be the heart of our consignment operation. Our consigners trust us with their pieces, and they’ll trust you to handle their accounts with care, clarity, and consistency. No two days look the same, and that’s part of what makes this role so rewarding.
What You’ll Do
- Build lasting relationships with our consigner community
- Explain consignment contracts, policies, and account details clearly and confidently
- Manage consigner accounts with accuracy and attention to detail
- Deliver the elevated service our clients expect, every single time
- Keep our consignment area organized, welcoming, and beautifully presented
