About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Care Specialist to join our client's team in the education sector. In this role, you will contribute to managing escalated customer service matters, identifying root causes, and supporting continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving time-sensitive and high-complexity escalations.
- Serve as the business contact between customer service operations and internal/external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments to resolve processing exceptions.
- Handle high volume caseloads and ensure cases are researched and closed within established timelines.
- Conduct manual processes and provide support for data entry and exceptions as needed.
- Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience leading and navigating complex customer issues in a high-volume environment.
- Experience providing high-quality support while managing cases within service level agreements.
- Proven ability to build and manage customer relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
- Proficiency in using quantitative and qualitative data for continuous improvement.
- Flexibility and adaptability to new methods, situations, and requirements.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Experience in the education sector or related industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and SLA management.
