Customer Engagement Representative – Entry Level

We are looking for a Customer Engagement Representative to support in-person marketing events and client campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Welcome attendees and help create a positive first impression.
• Answer basic questions using approved campaign information.
• Explain relevant products, services, or promotional initiatives.
• Identify attendee interests and direct questions to the appropriate team member.
• Support sign-ups, information requests, or other campaign activities when applicable.
• Maintain professional communication throughout events.
• Help the team deliver a consistent customer experience.

Ideal Candidate

• Enjoys interacting with different people.
• Communicates clearly and listens carefully.
• Is patient, approachable, and solution-oriented.
• Can follow instructions and learn new information.
• Is dependable and comfortable working on-site at events.

Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required.
