Be the person customers remember on the worst day of their month.
Nobody plans on a collision. You’re the calm, friendly voice that turns a stressful accident into a smooth, well-explained repair. We’re a top-tier collision center, and we’re looking for an experienced people person to guide customers from estimate to keys-in-hand.
What you’ll do:
Meet with customers, listen to their concerns, and explain the repair and insurance process in plain English.
Work alongside our damage analysts to walk through estimates and schedule repairs.
Confidently ask for the sale and follow up with customers.
Keep customers updated every couple of days, so nobody ever has to call and ask “where’s my car?”
Handle vehicle drop-off and delivery, including the final walkthrough, warranty, and survey.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with CCC ONE.
Working knowledge of collision estimating, enough to follow an estimate and explain it to a customer.
Customer service or sales experience.
Clear communication and a calm manner under pressure.
Strong organization and follow-through.
