Renewal by Andersen, the full-service window replacement division of Andersen Corporation, is the largest and most recognized window brand in America. Due to continued growth, we are expanding our team and hiring a Customer Experience Coordinator in our Mechanicsburg, PA location. 

About the Role:

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for our customers and play a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish. You will manage communications, coordinate project updates, and help ensure our office runs efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide timely and accurate updates on project and installation status
• Follow up with customers after installations and distribute post-project surveys
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
• Support project coordination to ensure seamless communication between teams
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and review platforms such as Rep.com
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and collaborative office environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of customer service or customer-facing experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with various technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
