Engrave My Memories is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience, Design & Production Coordinator to join our growing team in Chandler, Arizona.

This is a unique opportunity that combines customer service, graphic design, order management, and project coordination. You'll play an important role in helping us deliver an exceptional customer experience while keeping our creative and production processes running smoothly.

About Engrave My Memories

We're a small business custom engraving and personalized gifting company specializing in meaningful gifts for individuals, businesses, and special occasions.

What started in our garage has grown into an established e-commerce and wholesale gifting business serving customers nationwide through Etsy, Amazon, our website, and other marketplaces.

We're a small, close-knit team with a family-oriented culture, and several of our team members have been with us for nearly a decade.

About the Role

As our Customer Experience, Design & Production Coordinator, you'll help connect our customers, design team, and production operations.

You'll communicate with customers, customize personalized products using Adobe Illustrator, coordinate orders, and help ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.

You'll also have opportunities to contribute creative ideas, assist with special projects, and help improve the systems and processes that keep our business growing.

This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys both creative work and operational responsibilities. We encourage using AI to work smarter, faster, and more efficiently, without compromising quality, accuracy, or attention to detail.

What You'll Be Doing

Customer Experience & Order Management

• Communicate with customers through email, phone, e-commerce marketplaces, and in-person interactions.

• Assist customers with product questions, personalized orders, quotes, and purchases.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and provide helpful, timely solutions.

• Manage and monitor customer orders to ensure they move efficiently through the fulfillment process.

• Coordinate custom and wholesale orders, including quotes, invoicing, and order entry.

• Maintain organized communication and follow-up on outstanding customer requests.

Graphic Design & Personalization

• Create and customize personalized designs using Adobe Illustrator.

• Prepare artwork, customer proofs, and production-ready design files.

• Work with customer logos, text, and artwork to create personalized products.

• Review artwork prepared by other designers to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Collaborate with our design team on new product templates and creative concepts.

• Research design trends and contribute fresh ideas for our product collections.

Production & Project Coordination

• Work closely with our production and design teams to keep orders moving efficiently.

• Help prioritize projects, coordinate deadlines, and communicate important updates.

• Identify potential order issues and help resolve them before they impact customers.

• Assist with special projects and cross-team initiatives.

• Support sales, marketing, and creative projects when needed.

• Help improve and document processes that make our team more efficient.

Additional Team Support

As a small business, teamwork is a big part of our culture. Occasionally, you may assist with product photography, social media content, shipping, production support, or general shop organization.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Experience using Adobe Illustrator for graphic design or artwork customization.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Customer service experience or a demonstrated ability to work confidently with customers.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.

• A proactive, solution-oriented attitude.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

• Reliable attendance and availability for our in-person schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms.

• Familiarity with ShipStation, QuickBooks, Canva, or CRM software.

• Experience creating vector artwork or preparing files for engraving or printing.

• Previous experience in project coordination, order management, or e-commerce operations.

• Familiarity with AI tools and automation.

• Product photography, social media, or content creation experience.

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

You don't need to know every platform we use. We're happy to train someone with the right experience, attitude, and willingness to learn!

Schedule & Location

This is a full-time, in-person position at our Chandler, Arizona shop. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role.

Our busiest season is from Black Friday through Christmas. Vacation restrictions apply during this period, and occasional overtime or Saturday shifts may be required.
