What You'll Do

• Deliver high-end customer service and build lasting relationships with our community clientele.
• Lead day-to-day front-of-house operations, supporting and mentoring team members.
• Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism, sound judgment, and quick problem-solving.
• Partner with management to analyze service metrics and improve operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience).
