We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to provide responsive and professional support to customers throughout the reservation process. This role involves answering questions, researching options, coordinating requests, and ensuring customers receive accurate and timely information.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer questions and requests
Identify individual needs and preferences
Research appropriate options and services
Assist with reservations and confirmations
Communicate updates and important details
Assist with changes and special requests
Maintain accurate customer information
Follow up on outstanding items
Coordinate with service providers when necessary
Provide professional support throughout the customer experience
