Customer Experience Specialist

$17+/hour to start | Green Bay, WI | 100% Employee-Owned

Love helping people? You’re in the right place.

You’ll be the go-to person when customers have questions and need help with their service order. Through phone calls, emails, texts, and chats, you’ll listen, solve problems, and help turn questions and concerns into positive experiences.

What You’ll Do

Be the problem solver. Help customers with questions, concerns, and service needs, primarily over the phone.
Make every interaction count. Provide support through inbound calls, email, text, and online chat.
Turn challenges into a fresh start. Listen, empathize, and help find solutions when things don’t go as planned.
Keep things moving. Help manage service orders and communicate with customers and teammates to get things taken care of.
Bring the human touch. Make customers feel heard, supported, and valued – never just another number.
