We’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who can provide friendly, professional service to walk-in and phone customers in our showroom. If you enjoy helping people, love organized environments, and have a talent for customer communication, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into our showroom and help them explore product options
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with orders
• Prepare accurate quotes and enter orders into our system
• Recommend related products to enhance the customer’s experience
• Build long-term relationships with recurring clients
• Keep the showroom neat, clean, and well-organized
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly goals

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service or retail sales experience
• A warm, friendly, and professional attitude
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Fast learner, especially with new product catalogs and systems
• High attention to detail and organization
• Strong computer and order-entry skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
