Essential Job Functions • Ensure property meets Circle Ks image standards using the store inspection forms. Ensuring that property and equipment create a safe and pleasant environment for all employees.• Inspect food service areas. Ensuring temperatures for coffee roller grill items condiments freezers and coolers are correct. Also checking for correct expiration dates.• Ensure all areas of store uphold the store image and cleanliness of Circle Ks standards.• Checking for correct implementation of Marketing and Operation programs.• Keeping the locations in compliance with the federal state and local laws.• Inspecting Simply Great Coffee stores for organization of signage cups flavors and in-stock products.• Inspecting Kitchen stores for organization of signage equipment and storage. Ensuring food quality is great and looking for sufficient amounts of product for customer consumption.Requirements • High School diploma or equivalent education• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Must possess strong attention to detail• Food Handlers Certificate where required by law• Experience in food service preferred• Possess a valid Drivers License• Ability to work 5 days50 hours per week work schedule• Must be self-directed and productive without direct supervisionPhysical Demands • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing• Ability to operate computer keyboard for data entry• Ability to lift items that weigh 40-50 pounds• Ability to stand for long periods of times• Ability to be exposed to cold or hot temperature extremes performing occasional duties in the food service area walk-in cooler andor freezer and outdoors• Ability to travel to store locations and drive for long periods of timeThe physical requirements described herein are essential functions of this job.
