Pay Range: $24.92hr - $29.92hr

Job Overview:

The Customer Order Management Representative is responsible for expediting customer orders by acting as a liaison in problem solving, research, and dispute resolution. The role applies business practices, product knowledge, and software tools to address customer requests and support daily operations.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.

Responsibilities:

  • Expedite orders by acting as a liaison in problem solving, research, and problem/dispute resolution.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of business practices and procedures.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of product and service features used in customer operations.
  • Interpret and apply systems knowledge and tools to manage customer requests under supervision, resolving routine issues.
  • Coordinate problem resolution with alternate sources.
  • Offer customers alternatives based on available tools and information.
  • Apply developed knowledge and skills to complete a variety of day-to-day activities within the functional area.
  • Work with moderate supervision and guidance, maintaining accountability for individual results and team impact.
  • Utilize multiple software systems effectively, including Excel, SAP, and PowerBI reporting systems.
  • Maintain strong communication and organizational skills.
