Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and updates
- Maintain customer accounts and provide support
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Track orders and resolve customer inquiries

Requirements:
- Customer service and order entry experience
- ERP system experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
