Iron Bloom Collective is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our Boise team as Entry-Level Customer Relations Representatives!

No previous experience is required! We provide training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers through face-to-face communication.
• Represent established brands, products, and services professionally.
• Provide product and service information and answer customer questions.
• Build positive customer relationships and support customer acquisition initiatives.
• Participate in promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign objectives.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings.
