Position Overview:
Our State Farm agency is seeking a dependable, outgoing, and enthusiastic Customer Relations / Marketing Specialist to help represent our office at community and special events. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys interacting with people, creating a positive first impression, and bringing energy to every event.


Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and represent the agency at local events, fairs, and sponsorships
• Transport and set up marketing displays, tables, signage, and giveaways
• Engage with attendees in a bubbly and convincing manner to generate interest
• Assist with event logistics and ensure everything runs smoothly on-site
• Help coordinate event schedules and materials as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable being on your feet for the duration of events
• Outgoing and approachable personality with a persuasive presence
• Dependable and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation for travel to and from events
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for special events

Position Details:

• Starting pay: $16 per hour
• Part-time or full-time opportunities available
