Evolv is hiring a Customer Sales Assistant to join our Chicago team. We work with established brands through face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns, helping customers discover products and services through genuine, one-on-one interactions.


This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for someone looking to build practical sales experience, develop professionally, and grow within a supportive team.


No previous sales experience is required. We welcome candidates from retail, hospitality, customer service, and other customer-facing backgrounds.


What You'll Do

• Engage directly with customers at retail locations, promotional events, and other in-person campaign settings.
  
  
• Introduce products and services, explain their benefits, and answer customer questions.
  
  
• Build rapport, identify customer needs, and deliver a positive customer experience.
  
  
• Support customer acquisition and sales goals through professional, face-to-face conversations.
  
  
• Work alongside your team to achieve daily campaign objectives.
  
  
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and development.
