What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative:- Work with Account Managers, Regional Sales Representatives, Order Processing Associates, and Agents to support revenue growth from existing accounts
- Assist with day-to-day distributor and agent communications and relationships
- Support cross-functional needs, including returned goods (RGA), order processing, and inbound calls
- Maintain accurate customer and account data in Salesforce
- Build professional relationships with key decision-makers across businesses of all sizes
What You Need to Bring to the Customer Service Representative Role:- Ability to confidently handle phone inquiries from a variety of customers and contacts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High-energy, goal-driven approach to customer service
- Ability to type at least 70 words per minute
- Interest in the company’s LED lighting products
