Shift 1 – Morning

• Sunday–Thursday: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
• Friday–Saturday: Off

Shift 2 – Afternoon/Evening

• Sunday–Tuesday: 1:00 PM–9:30 PM
• Wednesday–Thursday: Off
• Friday: 1:00 PM–9:30 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM

Job Summary

SIXT Rent a Car, a proud member of the Tom Wood Group, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our full-time team at the Indianapolis International Airport location.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and thriving in a fast-paced environment while providing customers with a smooth and positive rental experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and assist them throughout the vehicle rental process.
• Process reservations, reservation modifications, and vehicle returns.
• Explain rental agreements, vehicle features, insurance options, and available upgrades.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds before and after rentals to document vehicle condition.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure vehicle availability and efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional counter and work area.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred; hospitality, retail, or automotive experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and professional, courteous demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits
