As our Customer Service representative focused on our Allstate accounts, you will be the friendly faceor voicethat our clients rely on when they have questions or need guidance. You will spend your days building rapport, solving problems, and ensuring that our community members feel secure and well-cared for. Salary Range: $50000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and walk-in inquiries with a welcoming and helpful demeanor.

Review existing insurance policies to ensure coverage remains appropriate for the client.

Process policy changes, billing questions, and payment updates accurately.

Collaborate with the agency owner to identify gaps in coverage for current policyholders.

Document client interactions clearly within the Allstate agency management system.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace that reflects our professional agency standards.

Property & Casualty Insurance License for the state of California.

Experience working in an agency environment, preferably with Allstate systems.

Strong command of written and spoken English.

Ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Familiarity with local community needs in the Claremont area.
