Job Description

What You'll Do

•  Build strong relationships with new and existing customers. 
•  Educate clients on insurance products and coverage options. 
•  Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. 
•  Follow up with leads and help develop new business opportunities. 
•  Review existing policies and identify opportunities to improve coverage. 
•  Assist customers with policy questions, renewals, and service needs. 
•  Provide a high level of customer service and support throughout the customer relationship. 
•  Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. 

What We're Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty license preferred, but can be obtained upon hire for the right candidate.
•  Previous insurance, sales, or customer service experience is a plus. 
•  Friendly, professional, and dependable. 
•  Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 
•  Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn. 
•  Positive team player with a genuine desire to help people.
