Position Summary
We are seeking a helpful and organized Customer Service Assistant to respond to customer inquiries, provide service information, and support day-to-day customer care activities. Responsibilities

Keep relevant materials and service information organized and accessible.
Participate in training to develop product knowledge and customer care skills.
