The Customer Service Associate will provide excellent service to customers in a timely, courteous, and friendly fashion.

Location: Philadelphia Intl Airport PHL - Philadelphia, PA 19153

Schedule: Weekend availability required

Hourly Rate: $18.54 per hour

Benefits: Stipend: $5.09 per hour

Employees earn a base wage of $18.54 per hour plus up to $5.09 per hour toward the cost of health benefits for a total compensation rate of up to $23.63 per hour.

Job Responsibilities: • Handles each customer in a courteous and gracious manner • Maximizes sales by achieving add-on sales and recommendations • Knowledge of the stores stock, which varies by store location • Assists in the upkeep of the store by maintaining store displays and merchandising • Assists with inventory and receiving of merchandise • Replenishes backstock to maintain appropriate levels of merchandise on the floor • Markdowns merchandise as needed

CSAs may be designated as a Keyholder. Keyholders are assigned the responsibility of having keys to the store. They will be trained to close the store - they may not open the store.
