Job Responsibilities

  • Greets and assists customers throughout their shopping experience nt
  • Maximizes sales by suggesting products and up-selling when appropriate nt
  • Remains knowledgeable of the storexe2x80x99s merchandise and current promotions nt
  • Assists in the cleanliness and upkeep of the store; maintains store displays and merchandise nt
  • Assists with inventory and receiving of merchandise nt
  • Replenishes backstock to maintain appropriate levels of merchandise on the floor nt
  • Conducts markdowns of merchandise as instructed nt
  • Perform opening/closing duties, including securing cash registers and store security nt
  • Communicates customer complaints and inventory concerns to management in a timely manner nt
  • If identified as a keyholder, additional responsibilities will be assigned nt
  • Other duties as assigned n

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills nt
  • Demonstrated customer service experience nt
  • Ability to multitask and resolve minor customer service conflicts nt
  • Alcohol Beverage Awareness Cared (TAM Card) may be required nt
  • Additional Security clearance may be required nt
  • Satisfactory Criminal Background Check and Drug Testing May be required n
