Quick Summary The Fountaine Collective is hiring Customer Service Representatives in Indianapolis, IN. You’ll meet people face to face at live events across the city, start conversations, and help the public get involved with causes they care about. No experience is required. We provide full paid training, and we start people immediately.

What You’ll Do
- Talk with people at events and high-traffic locations across Indianapolis
- Welcome the public, answer questions, and build rapport
- Explain the cause and how people can support it
- Work as part of a friendly, high-energy team
- Hit weekly goals with coaching from your team leader
