North Rising Star is growing our team in St. Louis Park and looking for a Customer Service Associate who enjoys working with people and wants an opportunity to develop their skills in a fast-moving, team-focused environment.


This is a full-time position combining customer interaction, communication, and sales support. You’ll receive hands-on training when you join, making this a strong opportunity for someone looking to build practical experience and create a longer-term path for themselves.


What Your Day Will Look Like


You’ll work alongside our team supporting customer acquisition campaigns and helping create a positive experience for the customers we engage with.


Your responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with customers and understanding their needs
• Providing information about products, services, and current offers
• Answering questions clearly and professionally
• Supporting customer sign-ups and sales activity
• Building positive relationships through strong communication
• Developing knowledge of the brands and campaigns you represent
• Working with the team toward daily and weekly objectives
• Providing feedback from customer interactions
