We are professionals in the laundry and dry cleaning business, which means we always stay up to date on the latest technologies, cleaning methods, and solutions for dealing with stains or delicate fabrics. Plus, we maintain the highest standards of business integrity by following local and national regulations and environmental safety rules.


The Role: Customer Service Associate


The ideal candidate will be a pivotal part of our team. Your mission is to uphold our standards of excellence in customer care and create a welcoming environment for our valued clientele.


Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee customer service operations to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and care
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
  • Help with day-to-day shop operations such as garment inspections, preparing order for customers, and other small tasks
  • Monday - Friday 12- 7 pm
  • Must be available Saturdays 12-5 pm

Ideal Candidate Qualifications


  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and capacity to handle stress in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of service excellence.
