In this position, you will work with members who are seeking information about their available benefit options. Your role is to provide clear guidance, answer questions, and help each member better understand the programs and services available to them.

You will also review existing coverage details, assist with identifying suitable options, and ensure each interaction is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and care.

Key Duties

• Connect with members who have questions about their benefits
• Explain available programs and services in a simple, professional manner
• Guide clients through their options and next steps
• Stay updated on current company programs and product information
• Review member needs and help identify more cost-effective solutions when available
• Maintain accurate records and provide a high level of service

Ideal Background

• Customer service, sales, hospitality, or related experience is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Positive, professional, and solution-focused attitude
• Comfortable working independently and within a team environment
