Customer Service Representative
TRC Talent Solutions is partnered with a well-established electronics manufacturer company! They are seeking a CSR to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive customer experience from order placement through delivery. This position works collaboratively with sales, production, quality, accounting, and warehouse teams to support customer satisfaction and ongoing business growth. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing customer orders, resolving inquiries, coordinating order fulfillment activities, and maintaining accurate customer records. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Type: Long term contract to hire
Pay: $23/hour
Shift: M-F (must be flexible for 1st shift and OT)
What You'll Be Doing
Process customer orders and ensure pricing, shipping, and billing accuracy.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order, service, and billing issues.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Accounting, Quality, and Warehouse teams.
Track orders, provide updates, and maintain customer records.
Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
What We're Looking For
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of customer service, order processing, or administrative experience.
B2B experience is required.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Accurate data entry and ability to work in a team environment.
ERP experience required; AS400 preferred.
