Customer Service Clerk III

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming catering calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding menu offerings, pricing, availability, and order status.
• Take and enter catering orders accurately into the FoodStorm catering management system.
• Process order changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Monitor and respond to catering emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Confirm order details with customers and assist with issue resolution.
• Coordinate with store catering teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Support online order management and follow up on customer requests as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Assist with billing inquiries and payment-related questions.
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience on every interaction.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years previous call center, customer service, hospitality, retail or administrative experience.
• Candidate must have working knowledge of MS office, email and teams.
• Strong customer service and telephone communication skills.
• Excellent written communication skills, including email correspondence.
• Comfortable with data entry and working in multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with catering, food service, or order management software is a plus, but training will be provided.

This position is customer service and administrative in nature and plays a critical role in supporting catering operations across multiple store locations.
