Other duties may be assigned.Foster a positive attitude toward retailers and home buyersAnswer incoming phone calls and e-mail inquiriesInterfaces between homeowners, retailers and Champion Home Builders to resolve warranty issuesInterpret and explain warranty coverage to retailers and homeownersWrite accurate service orders and parts orders for contractors and technicians to complete warranty workTake ownership of specific individual duties as assigned by supervisorsAble to work without close supervisionManages warranty work using proprietary softwareSend weekly reports to retailersCreate material invoices for retailer purchasesOrder and track materialsFilingAbility to read blueprintsEducation and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
