Edible is looking for a few energetic and dependable Customer Service & Delivery team members to join our crew in Depew! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the face of our company — delivering great products and even better service to our customers every day. Responsibilities:

• Perform timely and accurate deliveries to customers
• Provide outstanding customer service during every interaction, in-person and over the phone
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle at all times
• Process customer orders in a professional and efficient manner
• Communicate delivery updates and any issues promptly to management and customers
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous customer service, delivery, or logistics experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and carry packages (up to 30 lbs) as needed
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Familiarity with the Depew, NY and surrounding Western New York area a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on a daily route
