Salary Range: $18.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

What Youll Do

• Answer customer calls, resolve inquiries, and handle concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Access customer accounts, review policy details, and manage policy updates accurately.
• Explain insurance products, coverage options, and benefits in clear, easy-to-understand language.
• Support customer retention, policy rewrites, and cross-selling across multiple insurance lines.
• Recommend coverage options based on each customers needs.
• Document complaints, track resolutions, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Build a helpful FAQ knowledge base to improve response times and customer satisfaction.
• Help train new team members on customer service best practices and insurance fundamentals.

What You Bring

• More than one year of experience in the insurance industry.
• 
  
• Must be bilingual.
• Sales experience
• Have an active insurance license (440 /2-20)
• A friendly, professional demeanor and a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and policies.
• Confidence using CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Zendesk, and database software.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, empathy, and active listening.
• The ability to stay organized, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• A collaborative spirit and a willingness to help teammates succeed.
