Position Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, managing multiple priorities, and working collaboratively across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and adaptable, with a strong sense of urgency and a willingness to learn. Experience in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or the chemical industry is highly preferred. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders, requests, and inquiries while providing professional and timely communication.

• Coordinate with sales, operations, logistics, and other departments to support order fulfillment and resolve issues.

• Monitor order status, shipping schedules, inventory availability, and delivery timelines.

• Investigate customer concerns, shipping delays, and order discrepancies to identify solutions and ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain accurate order records, documentation, scheduling information, and system updates.

• Track multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

• Follow up on outstanding issues and commitments to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Identify potential process improvements and take initiative to resolve problems.

• Support team members and assist with additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, order management, logistics coordination, supply chain, or a related field preferred.

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, chemical, or distribution environments is strongly preferred.

• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of issues through resolution.

• A collaborative, customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to learning and teamwork.
