    Customer Service Member Solutions Coordinator

    GCSAA is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to join our Finance and Member Solutions team as a Member Solutions Coordinator. This position processes membership transactions, applications, renewals, and updates; prints weekly membership cards; and maintains a working knowledge of GCSAA membership standards, bylaws, and standing rules.
    As a key member of our call center team, this full-time position provides timely, professional support to internal and external constituents. The role also supports membership retention efforts, conference registration, and onsite registration operations at the annual GCSAA Conference and Trade Show.
     
    Qualified candidates possess:
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • A high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
    • The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
    • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
    • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
    • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new systems and processes
    • A high school diploma or GED
    • One to three years of experience in a professional office environment
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • The ability to travel to the annual GCSAA Conference and Trade Show and provide onsite registration support
    • Familiarity with the game of golf is a plus but not required 
    • Must live within a commutable distance from our headquarters in Lawrence, KS

    Hourly range is $18.00 - $19.00/ hourly.
