Customer Service / Operations Assistant

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Key responsibilities include answering incoming calls, assisting customers with shipment tracking and delivery inquiries, coordinating FedEx in-transit requests, and helping resolve shipping-related issues. The role also involves monitoring shipment exceptions, following up on customer requests, and providing administrative support through filing, scanning, organizing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and experience providing excellent customer service. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with both customers and operations teams to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.
