What You'll Do
As a Customer Success Expert, you will be responsible for
- Educating customers about available services and upselling solutions to enhance their experience
- Assisting clients in establishing budget plans tailored to their needs
- Setting up service plans and enrolling customers in autopay to simplify payments
- Providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Taking part in monthly incentive programs based on successful customer onboarding activities

Location & Schedule
This position is on-site in Auburn, ME, and offers shifts from Monday to Friday, with two available time slots: 2:00 PM8:00 PM or 4:00 PM10:00 PM.
