Customer Service Rep (Bilingual -Other)

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare support industry, is seeking a Customer Service Rep (Bilingual -Other) to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep (Bilingual -Other), you will be part of the Contact Center supporting Medicaid enrollment and education services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Rep (Bilingual -Other)

Location: McAllen, TX

Pay Range: $18

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm EST; Saturday, 10am to 6pm EST

What's the Job?

• Responds to enrollment services calls, providing responses to questions and mailing information in response to requests.
• Educates clients on managed care options and processes.
• Assesses clients’ healthcare needs and assists in selecting appropriate health plans.
• Maintains updated knowledge of the Medicaid CHOICE Project and related procedures.
• Assists clients with enrollment and disenrollment in health plans, ensuring accuracy and completeness of forms.

What's Needed?

• At least one to two years of call center or customer service experience.
• Ability to learn new programs quickly and apply knowledge effectively during training.
• Strong computer skills, including typing at least 35 wpm and familiarity with basic computer operations.
• Reliability and punctuality to meet scheduled working hours.
• Effective communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
